Q:Is there any cost for obtaining vending machines or a vending service?
A:There is absolutely no cost for obtaining our vending service at all.
Q: How do I go about getting your service?
A: Fill out the from on the main page and submit it through our website, or call us at (904) 259-9545. We will discuss our services with you over the phone or email, then go to your location to meet with you briefly. We will confirm the equipment being supplied, and give you an approximate installation date. Once we have a set date, we will contact you again. Feel free to contact us anytime with any questions you may have.
Q: How often will the vending machines get serviced?
A: Your account will be added to a regular route. This means your vending machines will be serviced about once a week and if necessary two or three times a week. It all depends on how busy the machines are. A service includes stocking the machines, checking the machines for any errors and cleaning the machines and vending area. If you need a service done before your regularly scheduled service, just call us at (904) 259-9545. We will fit you into the schedule early. Additionally, if you have any problems with a machine (not vending, not giving change, broke, etc), just call us.
Q: Can we choose what product goes into the machines?
A: Absolutely. Elsewhere on the web site there is a list of the most common products used in our vending machines. You can request products and give suggestions.
Q: What about contracts?
A: As a rule contracts are not necessary. We need to deliver what was promised and meet your needs. In the event we fail to keep our promise, you can give us 30 days notice to remove the machines. Contracts only become necessary when special equipment or large amounts of equipment are being ordered.
Q: What happens when a machine stops working or a customer loses money in a machine?
A: From the time a service call is placed via telephone or email, we normally get to you within 24 hours. Refunds are given without any fuss. If you would like, you may refund the customer, then we will refund you. Some locations find this easier to do. Some locations, such as most of the schools we serve, do not allow refunds for their students.
Q: Will the machine look nice and will they accept dollars and coins and give change?
A: All vending machines the we order are state of the art. They are clean and bright and modern. They all accept dollars and coins and give change. Most important of all, we will make the transition painless!
Note: We do have some older machines stored in our warehouse that do not accept dollar bills, they only accept change. If you need a machine immediately, we may temporarily install one of these machines until the new machines arrive.

A: Usually about one week. Holidays and severe weather may make this time a little longer. Usually, no longer than two weeks.
